Born in Stuttgart, raised in Southern France, he then attended Istituto Europeo di Design in Turin to study Transportation Design. After leading numerous design teams in the automotive industry, he felt compelled to provide design of the unparalleled quality and professionalism, and, in 2013, founded studiokurbos.

Leonard R.

Head of User Experience Design

Combining his Filipino roots with his German upbringing, he has brought a unique perspective to his product and interface design for over 15 years. He was responsible for several international consumer electronics companies and managed several UX projects in the automotive sector. His main focus is virtual staging, which engages all five senses. His passion: discovering new digital techniques that arouse emotions and creating pleasant digital experiences.

Head of Automotive and Product Design 

Born in France and passionate about cars since his childhood, it was in Torino, Italy, at Instituto Europeo di Design when Alan decided to pursue his dream of car design . He started his international career in Asia, where both work and travel experiences enabled him to learn about many different cultures which have influenced his styling and design approach. After six years and the creation of  various production and concept cars, he spent a year in Los Angeles, California, then moved to France, before joining studiokurbos in 2019 with a strong vision of what design should be.

Head of Digital Form Finding 

A born and bred Stuttgarter, his roots are right here in the region. As a CAD designer, he began his career in the Class A surfacing sector and within two years he was promoted to project manager. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in automotive and product design and led several international Class-A projects and currently represents the outstanding CAD data quality at studiokurbos.
